We want you to love your Mustard Made locker as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unassembled packaging. If your order isn't quite the right fit for your home, we are here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your locker is still in its original flat-pack packaging and has not been assembled, as we can only accept returns for items in brand new condition within 30 days of delivery.

  Contact Our Team

  Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive your unique return authorization and instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes and ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return and confirms it meets our quality standards, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
